18-09-2020 – Climate activists from Extinction Rebellion have occupied the Beethovenlaan – Gustaf Mahlerlaan intersection, the main road of the financial district. The climate activists are targeting the multinationals based in the Zuidas as they believe that these multinationals are doing nothing to combat global warming.
